How much does a tow cost?

Any service call (jumpstart, lockout, tow) within the city limits of Kirksville will cost $45. If the tow is out of the city limits there will be a mileage fee of $3.50 per mile towed added to the tow bill.

What happens when I bring my car in?

Accepted Answer

When a customer brings in their car, the service writer will gather their information and complaints about the vehicle. The technician will evaluate the vehicle and let the service writer know what repairs will be needed. The service writer will write the estimate and contact the customer for approval. THE SHOP WILL ONLY WORK ON REPAIRS THAT HAVE BEEN APPROVED.

Once repairs have been approved, parts will be ordered and checked in upon arrival. When everything is here, the technician will be assigned the job and completed. The vehicle will be test driven following repairs and the customer will be called by the service writer to arrange payment and vehicle pickup.

Can I make payments on my car repairs?

We do understand just how expensive car repairs can be and if payments need to be made on the vehicle, we will need to keep the vehicle until the bill is paid in full. To help customers be able to anticipate car repairs, we do a 42 point inspection and will let customers know about the state of their vehicle whenever it comes in.

What repairs can your shop do?

Our shop can handle anything from oil changes, tires and head light changes to motor & transmission swaps as well as collision repair and everything in between! We work on foreign and domestic vehicles!

What do I do if I am still having problems after a repair is done?

Accepted Answer

Easy! Call down to the shop, explain what is going on that is causing you to have issues and we will do everything we can to get you back in and see what is going on. If it is a problem with a defective part, then we can simply warranty the part out and get you back out on the road as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, our shop wants to have happy customers come back!! We do not enjoy having our customers inconvenienced by having to come back after a repair is done.
